Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford seeks a friendly Bartender to greet guests, take drink orders, and prepare cocktails with precision and flair. You will ensure knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino bar environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of high-volume bartending and is 21+. A secondary school diploma and required licenses are part of the job, and you’ll work a part-time schedule with flexible shifts to meet business

Qualifications

• Secondary school degree preferred and/or previous work experience in hospitality service for at least 2 years.
• Must have at least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take customer drink orders and greet guests with outstanding service.
• Prepare cocktails per recipes using correct tools and glassware.
• Be familiar with menu items and allergen information to assist guests.
• Process payments and reconcile end-of-shift transactions.
• Maintain bar inventory and keep station clean and organized.
