Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar tools.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up and stocks assigned bars with beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Maintains stock and freshness of garnishes, juices and perishables for quality control.
• Greets guests promptly and provides courteous service.
• Processes drink orders, builds and presents drinks per standard recipes and portion control.
• Verifies guest age and complies with liquor laws.
