Job summary

Compass Group USA at Homestead-Miami Speedway is seeking a Concessions Bartender to prepare and serve beverages in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to guests and minors.
• Maintains bar setup and stock of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and condiments.
• Greets guests, takes and serves drink orders, and ensures accurate presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Stays compliant with state and corporate liquor laws and checks IDs as required.
• Sets up the bar, stocks supplies, and maintains clean, organized work areas.
• Receives and processes drink orders, mixes drinks, and manages cash transactions.
• Locks up the bar area and secures inventory and cash at shift end.
• Assists with maintaining attractive bar display and overall beverage quality.
