Position Overview

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and flexibility to work during scheduled events based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $14.00 to $16.00. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Applications are accepted continuously, with no deadline.

About the Venue

Jackson Field, home of the Lansing Lugnuts.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high sanitation levels for all items to prevent contamination.
2. Follow MSDS criteria, food safety standards, and policies.
3. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in loading and receiving areas.
4. Stock and organize plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
5. Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
6. Assist in food preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
