Omni Las Colinas is seeking a professional Bartender to join our team. You’ll deliver efficient, friendly service across our restaurant, pool, and other outlets, while maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels.

A fast-paced, guest-focused environment requires knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits. Your responsibilities include accurate order taking in MICROS, handling guest tabs, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and anticipate needs to deliver prompt service.
• Provide professional bar service in multiple outlets and maintain cleanliness.
• Record orders accurately in the MICROS system and manage guest tabs.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with identification checks.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and supporting other outlets as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and communicate with team members.
