Job summary

Beaver Street Food Co. in Corvallis, Oregon, is seeking a reliable Premium Bartender for OSU home games. You’ll serve guests, set up stations, and ensure a seamless club experience in a fast-paced environment.

This tipped role offers shifts during events, with opportunities for additional catering support. Candidates should have at least 1 year bartending, OLCC permit or ability to obtain one, and a Food Handler card. Shift meals provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bartending experience.
• Food Handler card (or ability to obtain one).
• OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Commitment to working at home games and athletic events, including evenings, weekends and varying start times as needed. Additional availability for weekday setup shifts.
• Shift meal provided.
• Tipped position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Set up, stock, open, maintain, and close your assigned spaces and/or stations.
• Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized bar area.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide excellent dining experience.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, following all OLCC and Location guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
