Position Title: Premium Floor Support/Cocktail Server

Pay: $16/hr + tips

Job Summary

Jump into the game‑day excitement with Beaver Street Food Co.! We’re looking for upbeat, team‑oriented individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced atmosphere and are available during OSU home football games. As a Floor Support/Cocktail Server, you’ll serve guests, support bartenders, and ensure a seamless club experience. Additional shifts may be available at special catering events.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Work in a variety of positions, including table service, in‑seat stadium cocktail service, floor support, and chef table/buffet attendance.
• Keep buffet setups clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Setup, stock, maintain, open, and close your assigned spaces and stations.
• Assist in club and food space setup before doors open on game days.
• Take advantage of extra hours offered for pre‑game stocking, organizing, and setup.
• Ensure food items are replenished promptly.
• Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide an excellent dining experience.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Commitment to working all home football games throughout the season.
• Ability to obtain an OLCC license and Food Handler card if not already obtained.
• Availability for weekday shifts for Game Day setups.
• Minimum one year of experience in the food industry, restaurants, catering, or service.
• Wine service, tray handling, and beverage experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays of food.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in food service is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
