Job Summary

Premium Bartender – Pay: $17/hr + tips

Levy – a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail across 200+ venues.

Location: Beaver Street Food Co., Oregon State University (home football games venue)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and verify customer ages.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to provide an excellent dining experience.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Obtain an Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) license and Food Handler card, if not already obtained.
• Availability to work during home football games.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Previous bartender experience is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
