Job summary

Hershey Country Club, a private premier golf and recreation club in Hershey, PA, is seeking a part-time bartender to greet guests warmly and serve beverages in a fast-paced, upscale setting. Duties include preparing and serving alcohol, operating the point-of-sale system, handling opening/closing procedures, stocking and maintaining a clean work area, and assisting in training staff.

Shifts span lunch, dinner, and late-night periods, with weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year bartender experience preferred.
• Must pass accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) within probation period.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and serve all alcoholic and bar drinks on the menu.
• Operate the point of sale system and register.
• Adhere to cash control and accounting procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Receive and store beverage products properly.
• Maintain glassware and bar utensils in clean, presentable condition.
• Create daily drink specials with Management and assist in training staff.
• Execute to-go orders from the bar area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
