Job summary

The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA, is seeking a part-time team member to greet guests and serve beverages at our luxury property. You will work at bar and poolside locations, handling cocktails and guest service in a refined environment.

Responsibilities include POS operation, cocktail preparation, and nightly opening/closing duties. Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with all regulations, with a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass RAMP alcohol server test during probation.
• Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a restaurant or lounge.
• Experience handling alcoholic beverages in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve and dispense alcohol in line with PLCB regulations at bar and poolside.
• Operate the Point of Sale system.
• Prepare cocktails according to standard recipes.
• Assess customers’ needs and make recommendations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; handle side work.
