Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varied shifts, based on the needs of the business, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables, chairs, and counters.
• Clean glasses and dishes.
• Run drinks and clear glasses.
• Stocking the bar
• Prep garnishes (lemon, lime, pickles, olives, etc), labeling and dating containers.
• Prepare citrus juice, pour into squeeze bottles, labeled and dated
• Restock liquor bottles.
• Set up and tear down the bar at each shift.
