Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Senior Event Services Technician to support floor operations at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. The role focuses on setup, operation, and troubleshooting of advanced AV solutions in a hotel/hospitality environment, delivering exceptional customer service to guests and clients.

You will supervise peers, greet guests, and ensure accurate event information and invoicing, while maintaining inventory security and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the audiovisual and/or hospitality industry
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)

Responsibilities

• Set up, strike and operate AV technology per SOPs.
• Lead and mentor other technicians and team members.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear equipment operation instructions.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain signatures.
• Ensure inventory security and safety compliance.
• Continuously improve technical skills in audio, video, staging and networking.
