Tom Wood Audi in Indianapolis is seeking motivated Express Technicians to join a premium service team. You will perform routine maintenance on Audi vehicles, gain hands-on experience, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing filters, wiper blades, and bulbs.
• Accurately document all services performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to support customer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all dealership safety protocols and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Audi technology and service processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
