Job summary

CompSource Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Premium Auditor I/II for the Northeast Oklahoma region (Green Country), including Tulsa and nearby cities. This full-time field role involves 75% travel to policyholder sites to audit payroll and financial records for workers’ compensation coverage and ensure accurate premiums.

Role combines in-person audits with remote work when not in the field. Candidates should have 1+ years in auditing, payroll, or accounting, and a strong command of MS

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ auditing, payroll, accounting or business experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing territories and workloads.
• Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter, premium audit, or insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) for documents and presentations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; travel reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned field territory, including scheduling and conducting onsite visits and reviewing payroll and financial records.
• Communicate with policyholders and agents about scheduling, audit findings, and results.
• Complete audits accurately and on time while meeting team production expectations.
• Visit policyholders at their primary place of business or agreed location and work independently within the territory.
