Job summary

CompSource Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Premium Auditor I/II for a full-time role in Tulsa, with 75% travel to policyholders. You’ll conduct field audits by reviewing payroll and financial records for workers’ compensation, visiting client sites, and ensuring premiums are accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ auditing, payroll, accounting or business experience.
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare documents, organize information, and create presentations.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and use of personal vehicle; travel reimbursed.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the field territory, including scheduling and conducting onsite visits.
• Review payroll and financial records for workers’ compensation.
• Communicate audit findings with policyholders and agents.
• Complete audits accurately and on time while meeting team production expectations.
