NEIS, LLC, a leader in insurance audit and loss control since 1945, is seeking a Premium Auditor. The role involves examining the financial records of insured businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, detecting fraud, and verifying adherence to policies. The position is remote, with daily travel to audit locations, averaging 2-4 days per week within your territory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct insurance premium audits for Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies by reviewing policyholder records and applying standards.
• Identify necessary information and prepare for audits.
• Create schedules to optimize time management.
• Coordinate with insured clients via phone, email, and mail to set appointments.
• Examine records, gather data, determine classifications, and describe operations.
• Complete audit documentation, explain results, and communicate findings to the home office.
• Travel to multiple audit locations as scheduled.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus two years of premium auditing experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to interpret financial documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
