Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Premium Audit Coordinator to join our branch team. You will support field representatives, prepare reports and appointments, and handle inbound calls with insureds and audit contacts to prepare for upcoming premium audits.

Reporting to Branch Manager, you will coordinate audits, maintain notes in AuSum, and communicate with policyholders, accountants, and agents. A strong focus on clear communication, organization, and reliability is essential in our fast-paced

Qualifications

  • Essential: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong phone, chat, and email communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between Audit Manager and Auditors to facilitate workflow.
  • Handle 8–12 calls per hour during business hours.
  • Schedule and coordinate audit/inspection appointments with insureds and staff.
  • Gather information from policyholders, CPAs, and agents as needed.
  • Maintain and update notes in AuSum for assigned audits.
