Ideal candidates bring strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills. You’ll visit policyholder sites, review records, and verify class codes to ensure accurate premium assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with policyholders.
• Review payroll, sales journals, cost records, and related documents.
• Verify class codes based on business operations.
• Meet with policyholders onsite to observe and document operations.
