Job summary

Compass Group USA at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas is hiring a Premium Culinary Cook responsible for prepping, cooking, and presenting dishes per recipes and safety standards. You will run a station with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, live-event kitchen.

Qualifications

• At least five years of culinary experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SNHD Health Card, ServSafe Alcohol Card, and Non-Gaming Card.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and properly portioned.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to HACCP standards and company policies.
• Assist with production planning, ordering, and receiving as required.
