Abby’s Catering in Houston’s IAH Airport Terminal B is seeking an Airport Lounge Server FOH/BOH to deliver a polished, guest-focused lounge experience for premium airline passengers.

The role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations by providing professional guest service, maintaining buffet presentation, and assisting with dining flow.

Flexible shifts may vary, weekends and holidays are required, and a neat, professional appearance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm hospitality to lounge guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
• Assist guests with food and beverage service as needed.
• Take and deliver guest requests with accuracy and courtesy.
• Communicate menu items, allergens, lounge amenities, and service information.
• Monitor buffet presentation and replenish items as needed.
• Bus tables and reset dining areas for new guests.
• Load and unload dishware and ensure cleanliness of service items.
• Keep storage and back-of-house areas organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support lounge team during peak service periods.
• Communicate guest concerns or supply needs to leadership.
