Job summary

You will perform patrols, control access, de-escalate conflicts, and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors while using security technology and following site post orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above-average computer/technology skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must respond to emergencies with good judgment and escalation.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out duties of similar scope as assigned.
