Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure environment at our client sites in Iowa City, IA. The role focuses on access control, patrolling, and rapid response to incidents, with a 7AM–5PM schedule and occasional Saturdays.

You'll work with a small team, monitor premises, enforce site regulations, and deliver dependable customer service to clients and visitors. This full-time shift offers overtime potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control for visitors and contractors.
• Conduct property tours and surveillance.
• Respond to hazards and report safety issues.
• Enforce post orders and completed rounds.
