Responsibilities

• Drive consistent execution of firm policies, workflows and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance metrics, and quality standards aligned with goals.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff through regular feedback and performance management.
• Serve as escalation point and build scalable systems for timely resolution.
