Distinct Recruitment is hiring for an insurance defense firm in Tampa, FL, seeking a Litigation Associate focused on premises liability and slip-and-fall cases. You’ll own files from first notice to final motion, interact with adjusters, and be exposed to real hearing time and trial work.

Salary is $125,000 to $200,000 per year, with a hybrid schedule based in the Tampa office. The ideal candidate has Florida Bar membership in good standing and at least 2 years of litigation experience in

• 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense or general liability.
• Florida Bar in good standing is required.
• Strong notice, causation and comparative fault analysis skills.
