Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events, reflecting our service standards. This role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment.

You will work with the banquet team, greet guests, explain menus, set up and break down spaces, and uphold safety and professionalism. Prior banquet service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications required by state/city regulations.
• Experience in food and beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at all events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel valued.
• Address member/guest complaints promptly using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas; keep spaces organized and clean.
• Complete daily side work and support event setup/breakdown.
