Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, a premier senior living community, seeks a part-time Concierge to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, and support administrative tasks. You will answer calls, coordinate tours, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment for residents and families.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, high school diploma, and 2 years in hospitality preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential, with background screening required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls appropriately.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Manage business center mail and maintain a secure environment.
• Encourage teamwork across departments and maintain safety standards.

Pay Range: $18.25 - $19.25 per hour (depends on experience)

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
