Sterling St James Inc. is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible OB-GYN for a full-time position in Mattoon, Illinois. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a local practice, supported by an OB-Hospitalist team and APPs.

The role offers a high earning potential with a production-based upside, a light call schedule, and extensive benefits. A strong team focus and state-of-the-art hospital facilities underpin daily practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed OB-GYN residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care for local Mattoon patients.
• Collaborate with an OB-Hospitalist team and APPs.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Manage a light call rotation of 2–4 days per month.
• Coordinate care with regional networks for complex cases.
• Adhere to facility guidelines and standards.
