Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a proactive Concierge at Champions Retreat in Evans, GA. You will be the primary contact for members and guests, handling club information, tee times, cottage rentals, and amenity requests with a courteous, professional approach.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, preparing cottages for arrival, welcoming guests, and ensuring accurate billing and gate access. The role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and programs is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professionalism, honesty, and reliability.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with Club information, tee times and reservations.
• Rent cottages, facilitate transportation or amenity requests and communicate to departments.
• Plan and execute member/guest experiences under the Club Experience Director.
• Ensure all departments are informed and coordinate with department representatives.
• Greet cottage guests, offer information, and handle special requests.
