Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities teammate to assist with routine upkeep at Champions Retreat Golf Club in Evans, GA. You’ll help with repairs, renovations, and cleaning of interior and exterior areas, while following directions and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates are dependable, physically able to perform demanding tasks, and willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. A valid driver's license is required, with occasional heavy lifting expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and environments.
• Willingness to perform heavy physical labor and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance, repairs and renovations to all Club facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior facilities and property grounds.
• Complete daily checklists and report areas not meeting Club standards.
• Perform special projects as delegated by management.

Champions Retreat Golf Club is a 27-hole private golf club located just minutes from Augusta, Georgia. Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance, repairs and renovations to all Club facilities.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of exterior and interior of facilities and property grounds.
• Perform special projects as delegated by management.
• Complete daily checklists and report any area not meeting Club standards.

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays, overtime, and be flexible with changes as requested.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in varying weather conditions with potential exposure to inclement weather.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• May be required to work in an environment that includes such activities as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
• May need to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. frequently.
