Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a proactive Concierge at Champions Retreat in Evans, GA to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences. You will assist with club information, cottage rentals, tee times, and dining options, acting as the primary point of contact for all people and requests.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to support events and operations at a premier private golf club.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with a thorough knowledge of general business administration procedures.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and programs is a plus.
• Motivated to grow and learn with leadership characteristics.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all duties.
• Service oriented and willing to go the extra mile with attention to detail and urgency.
• Must be able to work some weekends, holidays, and evenings and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Club amenities, activities, and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests with information, tee times and reservations.
• Rent cottages, facilitate transportation or amenity requests and communicate to the appropriate departments.
• Plan and execute member/guest experiences under the Club Experience Director.
• Ensure departments and team members stay informed and coordinated.
• Inspect cottages to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guest arrival.
• Greet cottage guests and assist with questions and transport.
