Job summary

Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is seeking an experienced Building Engineer Assistant to join our newly constructed luxury senior living community. You will respond to work orders, perform routine maintenance, and assist across the campus while engaging respectfully with residents.

If you bring initiative, strong attention to detail, hospitality, and the ability to work early mornings and weekends, you will help deliver a safe, beautifully maintained environment and an exceptional resident

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in apartments or senior living.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Engineer with preventative maintenance.
• Repair basic plumbing, drywall, painting and upkeep.
• Maintain common areas and assist with trash removal.
• Complete apartment make-ready processes efficiently.
• Support resident needs by handling work orders.
• Assist with event setup and resident hospitality.
