Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The role focuses on guest service, service quality, and meeting sales and productivity goals while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager.

The position requires a cosmetology license, relevant experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences with the latest salon techniques and products.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with the latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to achieving store goals for retail, services, and guest loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and perform demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
