Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products to enhance their total look.

The role supports the Experience Manager and emphasizes service sales, guest service, and compliance with operating procedures. A cosmetology license and prior experience are required, with opportunities for growth and participation in training.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup and related services.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store sales targets.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
