Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, updos, perms, keratin, extensions, makeup, brow services and ear piercing if applicable.
• Meet or exceed $1,900 weekly average hair service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products; perform product demonstrations.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge; maintain guest service excellence.
• Maintain prompt attendance and adhere to procedures and safety standards.
