Job summary

Levity Live is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its premier Improv venues in the U.S. The GM will oversee all venue operations, staff hiring and development, and vendor management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior hospitality leadership, strong budgeting and P&L skills, and a passion for hospitality with an entrepreneurial mindset. This on-site role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within a Restaurant or Club.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, food safety, sanitation practices, budgeting, and team member management.
• ServSafe Food Handler Card ensuring compliance with any county or state requirements.
• Current RAMP Certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue operations, including hiring/firing and scheduling.
• Manage P&L, budget, costs of goods, and labor efficiency.
• Maintain guest experience and staff morale in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and events teams for seamless shows.
• Develop relationships with vendors, suppliers, and Home Office partners.
• Lead front and back of house teams and provide coaching.
