Job summary

Penmarc Inspired Spaces, LLC is seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to install millwork, cabinetry, and closet organizers for residential and commercial clients. You will manage hands-on field installations, ensure quality workmanship, and provide exceptional customer service from start to project completion.

You will read blueprints, measure with precision, and coordinate with Market Managers. Candidates should have 5+ years in construction and be able to travel as needed; EPA RRP certification

Qualifications

• Must maintain all required business licenses and provide COI and Workers’ Comp coverage.
• Must own basic hand tools and essential specialty tools (HEPA vacuum).
• Pass background check.
• 5+ years in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, and millwork.
• Read blueprints and interpret layouts; measure accurately.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork and finishes per project specs.
• Ensure installations are plumb, level, and securely fastened.
• Read blueprints and measure materials with hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and uphold safety protocols.
• Communicate progress and issues to scheduling and management.
• Represent Penmarc professionally with clients.
