Job summary

Heritage Ranch Golf & CC in Fairview, TX is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality setting. As part of Troon, you will support a global leader in golf and community management while delivering friendly, attentive service at events and functions.

Typical duties include setting up banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean service area. A patient, reliable team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months banquet service experience.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Demonstrates good energy and motivation.
• Knowledge of banquet setup.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares function site and ensures meeting room is set according to specifications.
• Serves food and beverage to guests per guidelines.
• Sets dining tables, buffets, and service areas according to BEO or as directed.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Maintains a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
• Assists in inventory control and waste monitoring in the banquet or catering area.
• Ensures guests receive excellent customer service by anticipating needs.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
