Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shifts up to 5 days per week; strong communication; MS Office; warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Provides orientation, training, materials, and coaching for staff development.
