Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times across the department.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Ensures all staff receive orientation, training, and regular evaluations.
