Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance at our United States facility. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and customer service while leading teams across shifts.

You will train new and current employees, ensure compliance with safety policies, and drive continuous improvement through proactive coaching and structured development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Fosters positive teamwork and proactive communication across departments.
