Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance with a focus on developing teams and maintaining high standards. You will train employees, enforce safety policies, and optimize resource use while fostering collaboration across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, plus the ability to lift 70 lbs, work flexible shifts, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, and compliance with all requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching for employees.
