Job summary

Walden Local Meat Co. is seeking a Preload Associate for the early shift at our Shawsheen St location in Tewksbury, MA.

You will work on a team-based packing line, load delivery vans, and move orders using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided). This part-time, hourly role offers perks and steady hours for local employment.

Qualifications

• History of excellent work attendance.
• Ability to lift and move 35 pounds.
• Willingness to jump in to do whatever needs to get done.
• Able to speak and read basic English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team-based packing line.
• Ensure all delivery vans are properly loaded and ready to hit the road prior to drivers arriving.
• Load and unload freight trucks with products from our partners.
• Complete general warehouse maintenance tasks such as compacting cardboard.
• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move orders around the warehouse as needed (no prior experience necessary with the equipment, we will train you!)

What You'll Do
