Job summary

UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to lead and develop teams within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, accuracy, and exceptional customer service, with focus on building strong working relationships across management and frontline staff.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree preferred, ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexible shifts up to five days per week. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. /32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Employee Type: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation, skills, and safety training with ongoing coaching.
• Ensure all employees comply with safety policies.
