Job summary

UPS is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, and coach workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, the ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts up to five days a week, strong oral and written communication, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Fosters relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training and orientation.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and compliance with applicable regulations; manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and coaching for continuous development.
