Job summary

UPS is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead and develop a workgroup in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train, coach, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with staff and customers.

You will oversee shift coverage, implement development plans, and promote continuous improvement across the department, guaranteeing compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and organization.
• Foster positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training; coach for development.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures across the department.
• Manage department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Build relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate ongoing training for new and current employees.
