Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.

• Ensures adherence to safety policies and government requirements.
