Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and ensures safety policy compliance.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
