Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience with significant pre-litigation work.
• Prior leadership or management experience in a PI firm preferred.
• Experience using case management software highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, case strategy, and client management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Accredited Law School graduate and Georgia bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of pre-litigation attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Provide strategic guidance on plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Ensure cases are handled efficiently with high client communication and satisfaction.
• Review case strategy, settlement evaluations, demands, and negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice while ensuring ethical standards.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex personal injury issues.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve workflows and team performance.
• Mentor and develop team members fostering accountability and excellence.
• Assist with resolving escalated client concerns and complex issues.
• Support business growth initiatives and continued success of the practice.

• Assist with resolving escalated client concerns and complex case issues.

Required Qualifications:
