Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively.
• Strong research and legal analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merits of personal injury cases and develop case strategies.
• Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Conduct thorough medical record review and case analysis.
• Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Supervise and direct support staff.
• Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Adhere to firm policies and procedures.
