Job summary

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Center in Clarkston, MI is seeking a dedicated PreK and School Age Classroom Aide to support teachers and provide coverage during breaks, lunches, and after-care shifts, helping children ages 4-10 learn and thrive in a nurturing environment. The position is regular, part-time, Monday‑Friday from 12pm to 6pm, onsite.

Pay starts at $14.50 per hour with potential to earn $18 per hour if you drive the 14-passenger bus; certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred or can

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable after hire.
• Previous experience in a childcare setting or as a private nanny is preferred.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage during breaks and lunches to maintain staffing ratios.
• Support GSRP teaching staff to maximize planning time and classroom coverage.
• Greet parents at the end of the day during after-care closing duties.
